Group Visit Request Form

Thank you for your interest in visiting Bryant University. Group visits are available for schools and organizations who would like to bring a group of students to tour Bryant Monday through Friday. Group visits are designed to include a one-hour walking tour with a Bryant University student guide and/or a 30-minute information session led by an admission counselor. 

Groups must be accompanied by a teacher/chaperone/family member at all times. We require one chaperone for every 10 students. Visiting students are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner at all times, and chaperones are to accept full responsibility for their group. Bryant University representatives reserve the right to end the tour and/or information session if visitors are rude or disruptive.

Please note: we are only able to host 10th grade students and above, and we do not host any group visits in April. 

Please submit the form below and a member of the Admission staff will review the details of your request and assist you in planning your visit. Requests must be received two weeks in advance. We look forward to hosting you. Go Bulldogs!
