Undergraduate Admission
Travel Reimbursement Program Application
If you are a high school senior or a prospective transfer student and you need to travel to Rhode Island by plane, train, or bus to visit Bryant, we will reimburse you for half the cost of your ticket (up to $250). If you enroll as a full-time student at Bryant, you’ll receive the remainder of your travel fare up to a total of $500. Once you have registered for an event and visit date on the event calendar, please submit the form below and a member of the admission team will assist you in planning your visit.
How it works
Available for high school seniors and prospective transfer students only. *While your family is welcome to accompany you on your visit, we are unable to reimburse the cost of their plane, train, or bus ticket(s).
Applicable one time to any type of Admission-sponsored campus visitation program (campus tours and information sessions, interviews, Explore Bryant, Bulldog Experience, Fall Open House, Bryant 101, Bryant 360, Admitted Student Days, Admitted Student Open House, transfer information sessions, and transfer credit evaluation days)
You will be reimbursed for half (up to $250) of your ticket price shortly after you visit Bryant University. If you enroll as a full-time student at Bryant, we’ll reimburse the remainder of your travel fare (up to $500 total). In order to be reimbursed, we must receive a copy of your receipt within 30 days of your visit. A check will be made out to the student.
Due to NCAA guidelines, this offer does not apply to recruited athletes visiting campus.
