Bryant University’s Admission team enjoys welcoming visitors to campus and there’s no better way to learn about Bryant than to experience it firsthand. For now, however, in-person visits and events have been postponed in order to protect the health of our visitors and community.

We’ve created a variety of virtual events to help you learn more about Bryant while replicating much of the information of an in-person visit, in addition to daily timeslots for self-guided campus tours. Please see all the available opportunities listed under the accordion navigation below.

Virtual Information Sessions (Monday at 10:15 am and 7 pm; Tuesday at 12:15 pm; Wednesday at 10:15 am; Thursday at 12:15 pm; Friday at 10:15 am): Join one of our admission counselors for a 45-minute live virtual information session to learn more about the academics, student life, and application process at Bryant University. Register for the date of your choice through the events calendar above.   

Virtual Student-led Campus Tours (Monday at 3:00 pm; Tuesday at 7:00 pm; Wednesday at 3:00 pm; Thursday at 4:00 pm; Friday at 11:15 am): Get a closer look at our beautiful campus from the comfort of your own home! This live, 60-minute, virtual campus tour is led by two of our Bryant Student Ambassadors. Register for the date of your choice through the events calendar above.   

Virtual Group Visits: This virtual option is available for schools and organizations interested in organizing a virtual session for their group of students to learn more about Bryant and the application process. Please submit the Virtual Group Visit Request Form at least two weeks in advance and we will review the details of your request in order to best plan this session for your group.    

Join current students as they share their Bryant experiences with you during this series of virtual panels. Register for the virtual session of your choice by selecting its date on the events calendar above.    

Student Government (Monday, September 21 at 5:00 pm): A panel of current students will share their experiences on Bryant's Student Senate.   
Athletics and Campus Recreation (Tuesday, September 22 at 1:00 pm): Hear from our current athletes as they discuss varsity, club, and intramural sports at Bryant.    

The Arts at Bryant (Thursday, September 24 at 7:00 pm): Hear from current students who are involved in the Bryant Players, the Bryant Singers, the Bottom Line (a cappella group), the Pep Band, and the Arts Club at Bryant.    

Diversity and Inclusion (Monday, September 28 at 5:00 pm): A panel of current students will talk about diversity and inclusion on campus and their experiences at Bryant from a multicultural perspective.    

Greek Life at Bryant (Tuesday, September 29 at 3:00 pm): Listen to current students as they talk about their involvement in fraternities and sororities at Bryant.    

Internship Opportunities at Bryant (Wednesday, September 30 at 5:00 pm): A panel of current students will discuss their internship experiences, including how they found their internships and utilized the available resources in the Amica Center for Career Education.    

Study Abroad at Bryant (Monday, October 5 at 5:00 pm): Learn more from our current students about the opportunities to study abroad, including Bryant's unique Sophomore International Experience (SIE).    

Working on Campus (Wednesday, October 7 at 4:00 pm): Current Bryant students will talk about their experiences working in various offices and retail locations on campus, including our work study positions.    

Student Life at Bryant (Thursday, October 8 at 7:00 pm): Hear from our current students as they discuss their involvement on campus and answer your questions about all the extracurricular opportunities available at Bryant.    

Interviews are not required but they do provide a great opportunity for you to ask questions and advocate for yourself. An interview is also a chance for an admission staff member to learn more about you in a one-on-one setting. If you're interested in scheduling a virtual interview, please select a timeslot here.   

Virtual Transfer Information Session (Mondays at 1 pm and Wednesdays at 7 pm): Join our admission counselors and one of our current Bryant transfer students for a 45-minute live virtual information session to learn more about the academics, student life, and application process at Bryant University. Virtual Transfer Chats: Schedule a virtual meeting with one of our transfer counselors to learn more about the transfer admission process, merit based scholarships, and how credits will transfer from another college or university. Morning, afternoon, and evening time slots are available on most Mondays 10:00 am - 7:00 pm and Fridays 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. Virtual Transfer Interviews: Although interviews are not mandatory, they are an opportunity for us to get to know you better. Any notes taken during the virtual interview are added to your file and used during the application review process. Additional information will be provided on applying as a transfer student, as well as transfer credits and merit based scholarships. Register for a time slot here.

Offered daily, enjoy the opportunity to walk around campus while following a self-guided tour route on your mobile device. Register for an available date and time at the calendar above, and you will receive a confirmation email with important health and safety protocols, in addition to instructions for accessing the self-guided tour route. Please note: We are not offering in-person information sessions or student-led campus tours at this time. Also, some buildings are not accessible to the public.    

If you are a high school senior or a prospective transfer student and you need to travel to Rhode Island by plane, train, or bus to visit Bryant, we will reimburse you for half the cost of your ticket (up to $150). If you enroll as a full-time student at Bryant, you’ll receive the remainder of your travel fare up to a total of $300. Once you have registered for an event on the calendar below, please submit the Travel Reimbursement Program Application and a member of the admission team will assist you in planning your visit.
