Bryant University’s Admission team enjoys welcoming visitors to campus and there’s no better way to learn about Bryant than to experience it firsthand. For now, however, in-person visits and events have been postponed in order to protect the health of our visitors and community.

We’ve created a variety of virtual events to help you learn more about Bryant while replicating much of the information of an in-person visit. Please see all of the available opportunities listed under the accordion navigation below.

This virtual series of informational workshops is designed to assist rising high school seniors learn more about Bryant, while preparing for the college application process. Each topic is offered three different times. Feel free to join us for one topic or all, by registering for the date(s) and time(s) of your choice at the calendar above.

Writing Your College Essay (July 29, August 4, or August 13): The college essay is your opportunity in the application process to showcase your personality, hobbies, beliefs, and so much more. Join our admission counselors for a 45-minute session about writing a college essay that is uniquely yours.   

Preparing for the College Interview (July 28, August 6, or August 12): Although interviews are not a requirement, they provide an excellent opportunity for an admission staff member to learn more about you in a one-on-one setting, and for you to ask questions and advocate for yourself during the application process. Join our admission counselors for a 45-minute session about how to prepare for and put your best foot forward in your college interview.   

Choosing Your Major and Minor (July 30, August 5, or August 11): MyPath@Bryant assists students with their long-term academic planning as it relates to exploring and defining career goals. Join Bryant staff for a 45-minute session about the ways MyPath@Bryant will help you choose a major and minor that are the best fit for you.     

Virtual Information Sessions (Monday - Friday at 10:15 am; select Wednesdays at 7:00 pm): Join one of our admission counselors for a 45-minute live virtual information session to learn more about the academics, student life, and application process at Bryant University. Register for the date of your choice through the events calendar above.   

Virtual Student-led Campus Tours (Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 2:00 pm): Get a closer look at our beautiful campus from the comfort of your own home! This live, 60-minute, virtual campus tour is led by two of our Bryant Student Ambassadors. Register for the date of your choice through the events calendar above.   

Virtual Panel Session: Meet Our Students! (Tuesdays at 2:00 pm): Our Student Ambassadors are here for you (virtually) to talk about their lives at Bryant and what made them choose Bryant in the first place! Join us for this special panel session to ask them about their classes, clubs and activities, internship and study abroad experiences, living on campus, and more.    

Interviews are not required but they do provide a great opportunity for you to ask questions and advocate for yourself. Virtual Transfer Information Session (Mondays at 1 pm and Wednesdays at 7 pm): Join our admission counselors and one of our current Bryant transfer students for a 45-minute live virtual information session to learn more about the academics, student life, and application process at Bryant University. Virtual Transfer Chats: Schedule a virtual meeting with one of our transfer counselors to learn more about the transfer admission process, merit based scholarships, and how credits will transfer from another college or university. Morning, afternoon, and evening time slots are available on most Mondays 10:00 am - 7:00 pm and Fridays 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. Virtual Transfer Interviews: Although interviews are not mandatory, they are an opportunity for us to get to know you better. Any notes taken during the virtual interview are added to your file and used during the application review process. Additional information will be provided on applying as a transfer student, as well as transfer credits and merit based scholarships. Register for a time slot here.

Virtual Student-led Campus Tours (Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 2:00 pm): Get a closer look at our beautiful campus from the comfort of your own home! This live, 60-minute, virtual campus tour is led by two of our Bryant Student Ambassadors. Register for the date of your choice through the events calendar above.     

Offered daily at 10:00 am, 12:00 pm, and 2:00 pm, you now have the opportunity to walk around campus while following a self-guided tour route on your mobile device. Register for an available date and time at the calendar above, and you will receive a confirmation email with important health and safety protocols, in addition to instructions for accessing the self-guided tour route. Please note: We are not offering in-person information sessions or student-led campus tours at this time. Also, some buildings are not accessible to the public.   

If you are a high school senior or a prospective transfer student and you need to travel to Rhode Island by plane, train, or bus to visit Bryant, we will reimburse you for half the cost of your ticket (up to $150). If you enroll as a full-time student at Bryant, you’ll receive the remainder of your travel fare up to a total of $300. Once you have registered for an event on the calendar below, please submit the Travel Reimbursement Program Application and a member of the admission team will assist you in planning your visit.
