Visit Campus

Select the day you would like to visit from the calendar, then select the link that appears for the event you are interested in attending. Once you click on the event link, event details will appear. Enter student information, hit submit, and a confirmation with arrival details will be sent to the email provided.

Please note: In the event of a cancellation due to inclement weather, you will be notified via email and telephone. 

Current options include:

Information Session & Campus Tour: Offered most days Monday-Saturday,information sessions last approximately 45 minutes. You will meet with an admission staff member who will present you with important information about Bryant. Campus tours last approximately one hour and are led by members of our Student Ambassador program.

Bryant 101 (March 30* & April 15): 
Bryant's staff will provide information and answer your questions about the admission process, financial aid, and student life. Bryant alumni, faculty, and current students will also share their perspective on the University. A campus tour is included. *Transfer Counselors will be available at the March 30 event to meet with any visitors who are interested in transferring to Bryant from another college or university. 

A Day With Class (February, March, April): Interested in finding out what it's really like to be a student at Bryant University? Spend some time with us and find out. We will personalize a schedule just for you. You'll be paired with one of our student ambassadors, sit in on a class, enjoy lunch in our dining hall, and have the opportunity to tour the Bryant Campus.

Junior Preview Day (March 2): 
Junior year in high school is a great time to embark on your college search. Let us help you navigate the process as you explore all that Bryant has to offer you. Attend our Junior Preview Day to learn more about the application and financial aid process, student life, and academic programs at Bryant. The event includes a campus tour and lunch in our dining hall. 

Group Visits: Group Visits are available for schools and organizations who would like to bring a group of students to tour Bryant. Please submit the Group Visit Request Form and a member of the Admission staff will review the details of your request and assist you in planning your visit. Please note that we are only able to host 10th grade students and above, and we do not host any group visits in April. 

Additional options for students who are transferring from another college or university:

Transfer Information Session & Campus Tour (most Fridays): Interested in transferring to Bryant?  Learn more about the university and the transfer admission process! This event includes a 45-minute information session for students interested in transferring to Bryant from another college or university and a 1-hour campus tour. Residence halls are not typically included in this tour.

Transfer Credit Evaluation Days (March 15 & April 12):Transfer counselors will be available for one-on-one appointments to review and discuss how previous credit could potentially apply to a Bryant University degree program, and answer any questions pertaining to the application process or the university in general.

The following events are for admitted students: 

Bryant 360 - for admitted students (February 22 & April 12): Admitted students and families are invited to campus for an interactive open house. Prospective students attend two simulated classes, take a campus tour, and talk with current students. Parents are welcome to attend sessions focusing on financial aid, the Bryant curriculum, and career services.

Admitted Student Days - for admitted students (March 25, March 27, March 29, April 1, April 3, April 5*, April 8, April 10): Whether it is your first visit to our campus or your fourth, Admitted Student Days are a great way to learn even more about Bryant. This event includes a presentation for admitted students, a campus tour, and lunch with a current Bryant student. *An Admitted Student Science Day will be held in conjunction with the April 5 event. If you are interested in the sciences and would like to participate in an experiment in the Bryant science labs alongside faculty and current students, please consider registering for the April 5 Admitted Student Science Day. 

Admitted Student Open House - for admitted students (April 6): Meet the people, see the facilities, and learn more about the programs that can help you achieve your personal best in your life and your career. The program includes academic overviews, a student organizations fair, lunch in our dining hall, and a campus tour. 

Travel Reimbursement Program:

If you are a high school senior or a prospective transfer student and you need to travel to Rhode Island by plane, train, or bus to visit Bryant, we will reimburse you for half the cost of your ticket (up to $150). If you enroll as a full-time student at Bryant, you’ll receive the remainder of your travel fare up to a total of $300. Once you have registered for an event on the calendar below, please submit the Travel Reimbursement Program Application and a member of the admission team will assist you in planning your visit.
