Bryant University’s Admission team enjoys welcoming visitors to campus and there’s no better way to learn about Bryant than to experience it firsthand. For now, however, in-person visits and events have been postponed in order to protect the health of our visitors and community.

We’ve created a variety of virtual events to help you learn more about Bryant while replicating much of the information of an in-person visit, in addition to daily timeslots for self-guided campus tours. Please see all the available opportunities listed under the accordion navigation below.

These sessions are for admitted students and their families only. Virtual Admitted Student Previews are held at 1:00 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from March 15 through April 30. A virtual Zoom meeting with a current student is a great opportunity for you to ask questions and learn more about what it's really like to be a student at Bryant. If you'd like to chat one-on-one with a current student of your choice and get the inside scoop about their studies, extracurricular involvements, transitioning from high school to college life, or anything else, please click here to schedule.      

Join us on Saturday, April 10 for Bryant University's Virtual Admitted Student House to get a very real experience of all that our purpose-driven, supportive community has to offer you. Sessions will be ongoing from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm (join us at your convenience) and will give you the opportunity to create your own personalized schedule. You will navigate a virtual campus with an avatar, and meet faculty, staff, and current Bryant students while your remaining questions about our academic programs, student services, and organizations get answered.   
 

Virtual Information Sessions (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 10:00 am; Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12:00 pm): Join one of our admission counselors for a 45-minute live virtual information session to learn more about the academics, student life, and application process at Bryant University. Register for the date of your choice through the events calendar above.   

Virtual Student-led Campus Tours (Mondays - Thursdays at various times): 
Get a closer look at our beautiful campus from the comfort of your own home! This live, 60-minute, virtual campus tour is led by two of our Bryant Student Ambassadors. Register for the date of your choice through the events calendar above.   

Virtual Group Visits: 
This virtual option is available for schools and organizations interested in organizing a virtual session for their group of students to learn more about Bryant and the application process. Please submit the Virtual Group Visit Request Form at least two weeks in advance and we will review the details of your request in order to best plan this session for your group.   

Interviews are not required but they do provide a great opportunity for you to ask questions and advocate for yourself. An interview is also a chance for an admission staff member to learn more about you in a one-on-one setting. If you're interested in scheduling a virtual interview, please select a timeslot here.   

Virtual Transfer Information Sessions (Mondays at 1 pm and Wednesdays at 7 pm): If you're interested in transferring to Bryant from another college or university, join our transfer counselors for a 45-minute live virtual information session to learn more about the academics, student life, and transfer application process. Virtual Transfer Chats: 
Schedule a virtual meeting with one of our transfer counselors to learn more about the transfer admission process, merit based scholarships, and how credits will transfer from another college or university. Morning, afternoon, and evening time slots are available on most Mondays 11:00 am - 7:00 pm and Fridays 10:00 am - 3:00 pm. Register for the date and time of your choice through the events calendar above.

Virtual Transfer Interviews: 
Although interviews are not mandatory, they are an opportunity for us to get to know you better. Any notes taken during the virtual interview are added to your file and used during the application review process. Additional information will be provided on applying as a transfer student, as well as merit based scholarships and transfer credits from another college or university. Register for a time slot here.

Virtual Student-led Campus Tours (Mondays - Thursdays at 3:00 pm): 
Get a closer look at our beautiful campus from the comfort of your own home! This live, 60-minute, virtual campus tour is led by two of our Bryant Student Ambassadors. Register for the date of your choice through the events calendar above.     

Offered daily, enjoy the opportunity to walk around campus while following a self-guided tour route on your mobile device. Register for an available date and time at the calendar above, and you will receive a confirmation email with important health and safety protocols, in addition to instructions for accessing the self-guided tour route. Please note: We are not offering in-person information sessions or student-led campus tours at this time. Also, some buildings are not accessible to the public.    

If you are a high school senior or a prospective transfer student and you need to travel to Rhode Island by plane, train, or bus to visit Bryant, we will reimburse you for half the cost of your ticket (up to $150). If you enroll as a full-time student at Bryant, you’ll receive the remainder of your travel fare up to a total of $300. Once you have registered for an event on the calendar below, please submit the Travel Reimbursement Program Application and a member of the admission team will assist you in planning your visit.
