Bryant University’s Admission team enjoys welcoming visitors to campus and there’s no better way to learn about Bryant than to experience it firsthand. For now, however, in-person visits and events have been postponed in order to protect the health of our visitors and community.

We’ve created a variety of virtual events to help you learn more about Bryant while replicating much of the information of an in-person visit, in addition to daily timeslots for self-guided campus tours. Please see all the available opportunities listed under the accordion navigation below.

Our Virtual Fall Open House on Sunday, October 25 will give you a very real experience of all that our purpose-driven, supportive community has to offer you. Sessions will be ongoing from 10:00am – 2:00pm and you will have the chance to create your own personalized schedule and meet faculty, staff, and current Bryant students while you learn more about our academic programs, student services, and organizations. Register here and we will send you everything you need to access our virtual campus and create your avatar for Open House.    

During the week following our Virtual Fall Open House, parents and guardians are invited to join us for virtual panel discussions about the financial aid process, career services, academics, and student life at Bryant. Register for the virtual panel(s) of your choice by selecting the corresponding date(s) from the events calendar above.

Overview of Financial Aid at Bryant (Monday, October 26 at 12 pm; Wednesday, October 28 at 7 pm): Join members of our financial aid staff for a discussion about the financial aid process at Bryant.

Overview of Career Education at Bryant (Monday, October 26 at 7 pm; Wednesday, October 28 at 12 pm): Staff from the Amica Center for Career Education will discuss resources available to Bryant students as they navigate the internship process.

Overview of Student Life at Bryant (Tuesday, October 27 at 5 pm): Hear from our Dean of Students and Vice President for Student Affairs and current students as they discuss their involvement on campus and answer your questions about all the extracurricular opportunities available at Bryant.

Overview of Academics at Bryant (Thursday, October 29 at 5 pm): Hear from our Provost and Chief Academic Officer as he discusses the unique academic opportunities available to students at Bryant.

Considering Test Optional at Bryant (Friday, October 30 at 12:00 pm): Are you, or your student, unsure if you should submit your test scores to Bryant? Have you not been able to take the SAT or ACT this year, due to COVID? Join us for a conversation on Bryant's test optional policy and hopefully we will help to ease some of the anxiety surrounding the decision to go test optional at Bryant.    

Virtual Information Sessions (Monday at 10:15 am and 7 pm; Tuesday at 12:15 pm; Wednesday at 10:15 am; Thursday at 12:15 pm; Friday at 10:15 am): Join one of our admission counselors for a 45-minute live virtual information session to learn more about the academics, student life, and application process at Bryant University. Register for the date of your choice through the events calendar above.   

Virtual Student-led Campus Tours (Monday at 3:00 pm; Tuesday at 7:00 pm; Wednesday at 3:00 pm; Thursday at 4:00 pm): 
Get a closer look at our beautiful campus from the comfort of your own home! This live, 60-minute, virtual campus tour is led by two of our Bryant Student Ambassadors. Register for the date of your choice through the events calendar above.   

Virtual Group Visits: 
This virtual option is available for schools and organizations interested in organizing a virtual session for their group of students to learn more about Bryant and the application process. Please submit the Virtual Group Visit Request Form at least two weeks in advance and we will review the details of your request in order to best plan this session for your group.

Life as Campus Residents and Commuters (Wednesday, October 14 at 6:00 pm):
 A panel of current resident students and commuters will discuss their experiences both commuting to campus and living in various residence halls on-campus.    

The Honors Program at Bryant (Thursday, October 15 at 3:00 pm): 
A panel of current students will talk about their experiences with the Bryant Honors Program.   

Sharing Experiences of Engaging Remotely (Friday, October 16 at 11:15 am): 
A panel of current students will discuss their experiences engaging remotely from abroad, including both their academic and social involvement. Panelists will answer questions about important resources used, challenges, and best moments of studying remotely from another country.     

Transferring to Bryant (Monday, October 19 at 3:00 pm): Join our transfer admission counselors and several of our current transfer students as they discuss their experiences transferring to Bryant from another college or university.

Preparing for a Career in Behavioral and Health Sciences (Monday, October 19 at 5:00 pm): A panel of Bryant faculty, current students, and alumni will talk about studying the sciences at Bryant and the ways students are prepared for careers in behavioral and health sciences.

Exploring Rhode Island (Wednesday, October 21 at 5:00 pm): Wondering what there is to do in Little Rhody? Hear from current Bryant students, both local and from out-of-state, about exploring the state of Rhode Island and the things that make the Ocean State unique.     

Considering Test Optional at Bryant (Friday, October 30 at 12:00 pm):

Interested in learning more about the class experience at Bryant? Join us for a virtual class that interests you! If you choose, we'll also coordinate a virtual meeting with one of our current students so you can ask questions about what it's really like to be a student at Bryant. Please submit the interest form here and we will begin planning your Virtual Day with Class.   

Interviews are not required but they do provide a great opportunity for you to ask questions and advocate for yourself. An interview is also a chance for an admission staff member to learn more about you in a one-on-one setting. If you're interested in scheduling a virtual interview, please select a timeslot here.

Introduction to the College of Business with Dean Madan Annavarjula (Tuesday, October 20 at 10 am): Join Madan Annavarjula, Bryant’s Dean of the College of Business and Professor of International Business, for an introduction to Bryant’s AACSB accredited and nationally recognized business programs. Please note: This session is intended for international students.

Virtual Transfer Information Session (Mondays at 1 pm and Wednesdays at 7 pm): If you're interested in transferring to Bryant from another college or university, join our transfer counselors for a 45-minute live virtual information session to learn more about the academics, student life, and transfer application process. Virtual Transfer Chats: 
Schedule a virtual meeting with one of our transfer counselors to learn more about the transfer admission process, merit based scholarships, and how credits will transfer from another college or university. Morning, afternoon, and evening time slots are available on most Mondays 10:00 am - 7:00 pm and Fridays 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. Virtual Transfer Interviews: 
Although interviews are not mandatory, they are an opportunity for us to get to know you better. Any notes taken during the virtual interview are added to your file and used during the application review process. Additional information will be provided on applying as a transfer student, as well as merit based scholarships and transfer credits from another college or university. Register for a time slot here.

Offered daily, enjoy the opportunity to walk around campus while following a self-guided tour route on your mobile device. Register for an available date and time at the calendar above, and you will receive a confirmation email with important health and safety protocols, in addition to instructions for accessing the self-guided tour route. Please note: We are not offering in-person information sessions or student-led campus tours at this time. Also, some buildings are not accessible to the public.    

If you are a high school senior or a prospective transfer student and you need to travel to Rhode Island by plane, train, or bus to visit Bryant, we will reimburse you for half the cost of your ticket (up to $150). If you enroll as a full-time student at Bryant, you’ll receive the remainder of your travel fare up to a total of $300. Once you have registered for an event on the calendar below, please submit the Travel Reimbursement Program Application and a member of the admission team will assist you in planning your visit.
