Bryant University’s Admission Team is excited to welcome visitors to our beautiful Smithfield, RI campus to learn more about all that our purpose-driven, supportive community has to offer. Please see all the available visit opportunities listed under the accordion navigation below.

In alignment with guidance released by the CDC and in effect for all Rhode Islanders starting May 18, if you are fully vaccinated you are no longer required to wear a mask indoors or outdoors. If you are NOT fully vaccinatedyou should continue to wear a mask indoors and when you are within three feet of others outdoors to protect yourself and others from COVID-19. Bryant continues to follow best practices and guidance from public health experts. Campus policies are subject to change and will adhere to standards of the Rhode Island Dept. of Health.

Student-led Campus Tours (Monday - Friday at 10:00 am, 12:00 pm, 2:00 pm): We are excited to welcome you to our beautiful campus for a 60-minute student-led campus tour! To request a student-led campus tour, please select your date and time of choice from the calendar above. Tours are available on a limited basis and must be scheduled in advance. Each party will be limited to one prospective student and two guests only (3 total visitors per party).  

In-Person Information Sessions and Campus Tours (Monday - Friday at 10:30 am and 12:30 pm): 
We look forward to meeting you on-campus during a 20-minute admission information session followed by a 60-minute student-led campus tour. Please select your date and time of choice from the calendar above. Visits are available on a limited basis and must be scheduled in advance. Each party will be limited to one prospective student and two guests only (3 total visitors per party).  

Self-Guided Campus Tours: 
Offered daily, enjoy the opportunity to walk around campus on your own while following a self-guided tour route on your mobile device. Register for an available date and time at the calendar above, and you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for your arrival to campus and accessing the self-guided tour route. 

Virtual Group Visits: 
This virtual option is available for schools and organizations interested in organizing a virtual session for their group of students to learn more about Bryant and the application process. Please submit the Virtual Group Visit Request Form at least two weeks in advance and we will review the details of your request in order to best plan this session for your group.   

Interviews are not required but they do provide a great opportunity for you to ask questions and advocate for yourself. An interview is also a chance for an admission staff member to learn more about you in a one-on-one setting. If you're interested in scheduling a virtual interview, please select a timeslot here.   

Virtual Transfer Information Sessions (Mondays at 1 pm and Wednesdays at 7 pm): If you're interested in transferring to Bryant from another college or university, join our transfer counselors for a 45-minute live virtual information session to learn more about the academics, student life, and transfer application process. Virtual Transfer Chats: 
Schedule a virtual meeting with one of our transfer counselors to learn more about the transfer admission process, merit based scholarships, and how credits will transfer from another college or university. Morning, afternoon, and evening time slots are available on most Mondays 11:00 am - 7:00 pm and Fridays 10:00 am - 3:00 pm. Register for the date and time of your choice through the events calendar above.

Virtual Transfer Interviews: 
Although interviews are not mandatory, they are an opportunity for us to get to know you better. Any notes taken during the virtual interview are added to your file and used during the application review process. Additional information will be provided on applying as a transfer student, as well as merit based scholarships and transfer credits from another college or university. Register for a time slot here.

If you are a high school senior or a prospective transfer student and you need to travel to Rhode Island by plane, train, or bus to visit Bryant, we will reimburse you for half the cost of your ticket (up to $150). If you enroll as a full-time student at Bryant, you’ll receive the remainder of your travel fare up to a total of $300. Once you have registered for an event on the calendar below, please submit the Travel Reimbursement Program Application and a member of the admission team will assist you in planning your visit.
